You must be at least 16 years old to create a Tanzua account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for activity carried out under your account.

2. Using Tanzua

You agree to use Tanzua only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You will not:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service or its AI agent.
• Use Tanzua to buy items in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment or shipping information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Purchases, pricing & payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We display the price, taxes, and shipping costs before you confirm any purchase. Prices and product availability may change at any time. We are not responsible for typographic errors but will notify you and offer a refund if a clear pricing mistake affects your order.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns follow the policy shown at checkout and any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection.

5. AI-generated suggestions

Tanzua's AI surfaces product recommendations and comparisons based on the catalog and your stated preferences. The final decision to buy is always yours. We do not guarantee that any specific recommendation will meet your needs and we are not responsible for purchase outcomes you would have evaluated yourself before buying.

6. Intellectual property

Tanzua's brand, software, and content are owned by Tanzua Ltd. or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without permission.

7. Liability

Tanzua is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanzua Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Tanzua after the effective date of any change means you accept the updated terms.
